Client: Green Piling

Pile Type: Continuous Flight Auger Piles

Description of work: A design was carried out for Green Piling for bearing piles and a retaining wall to support a new house and basement on a slope overlooking More Hall reserviour.

The works was for a split level property and involved regrading the slope to provide suitable working platforms for pile installation.

A series of 600mm diameter Continuous Flight Auger (CFA), piles were used to support the sides with 350mm diameter used for internal bearing piles.

All piles were taken into the carbariferous mudstones
